Shipping costs Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we're happy to help track down a delayed package — contact us at support@halume.co.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
